Mission Activity
Mills Global, Inc. delivers values-based teaching through digital media, provides leadership and mentorship resources, and hosts community workshops and events that promote personal growth, resilience, and positive community impact.
MG Inc is a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing community well-being through values-based media, mentorship, and leadership development. It is a civic/community nonprofit with a public-benefit mission and is not organized or operated as a church.
2026 Launch Model
- Values-based media: podcast, short-form video, articles, interviews, newsletters, and guides
- Mentorship and leadership resources: toolkits, guided learning plans, mentoring sessions, and pilot cohorts
- Community workshops and partner events with local organizations

2026 Roadmap
Phase 0: compliance, infrastructure, governance documentation, content foundation, and partner conversations. Phase 1: pilot workshops, pilot mentorship activity, and initial media cadence with participation and feedback tracking. Phase 2: partner-hosted scale, improved reporting, donor operations, sponsorship conversations, and expanded 2027 delivery planning.

Mills Global is building board oversight, conflict-of-interest awareness, financial stewardship, document retention, non-discrimination commitments, accessibility awareness, and public accountability practices. Mills Global does not participate in political campaign activity and is committed to operating for public, charitable, and educational purposes without private inurement or improper private benefit.
Grant-ready documentation includes IRS determination letter, EIN, D-U-N-S, board roster, program descriptions, impact approach, and public policy commitments.
Tax Status Notice
Mills Global, Inc. is recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3), effective May 11, 2026. Contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donor acknowledgements will be provided. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions unless explicitly stated.
