Mills Global, Inc. has submitted IRS Form 1023-EZ and is awaiting determination of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. While the application is pending, contributors do not have advance assurance of deductibility. If Mills Global ultimately qualifies for exemption for the period in which a contribution is made, deductibility will depend on the final IRS determination and applicable law.
